The transcript library and leads database of MDX
are intended SOLELY FOR THE USE OF
DEFENSE ATTORNEYS. Accessing these databases
by any attorney, paralegal, clerk, secretary, or any other
person, other than for the purpose of providing information
to defense counsel, shall constitute a fraudulent use of
MDX resources. MDX shall aggressively pursue all appropriate
legal recourses against any person fraudulently using MDX
resources.
